Blecher

Research

Blecher Group maintains an active invention program across defense engineering, artificial intelligence, precision manufacturing, and legal technology. A subset of the inventions produced by this program are published here as technical disclosures — full specifications with detailed descriptions, drawings, and draft claim elements.

These publications serve a deliberate purpose. Under United States patent law, a detailed technical description that is publicly accessible before another party's patent filing date constitutes prior art — it can prevent that party from obtaining a valid patent on the same invention. By publishing these specifications on the open web, Blecher Group contributes to the public technical record and ensures that the ideas documented here remain available to all.

Each disclosure is independently date-verified through multiple mechanisms: archival by the Wayback Machine (web.archive.org), cryptographic timestamping via blockchain (OpenTimestamps), and server access logs. The publication date shown on each disclosure reflects the date the full specification was first made publicly accessible at this URL.

The disclosures published here represent a fraction of Blecher Group's total invention output. The remainder is prosecuted through the patent system.
